What data

The site has no sign-up and no profiling tools. For statistics it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no data to identify individual visitors. Anyone using the form on the Contact page sends first name, last name, email, reason and message. The hosting provider automatically records technical browsing data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system.

Why, and on what basis

Technical data: only to run the site, protect it from abuse and fix technical problems; legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).
Form data: only to reply to the message; legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is not used for newsletters or other communications.

Requests about Orum International

If you choose "Information on Orum International products" as the reason, the message is forwarded, at your request, to Orum International S.r.l. (via Novara 89, 20153 Milan, Italy), which handles it as an independent controller to answer the request.

For how long

The site keeps no visit logs: Cloudflare processes technical data only as long as needed to deliver and protect the service. Form messages are kept as long as needed to reply and no longer than 12 months.

Who processes it

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, anonymous statistics and delivery of form messages), as processor. Cloudflare is based in the United States; the transfer relies on Cloudflare’s participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses. Messages are delivered to a Gmail mailbox (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). Data is not sold or shared with others.

Fonts and third-party content

Fonts are served from this site: no data goes to Google or others to display them. The site embeds no videos, maps or social media posts.

Required data

First name, last name, email, reason and message are needed to reply: without them the form cannot be sent. No data is required to visit the site.

Automated decisions

There is no automated decision-making or profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR) by writing through the form on the Contact page, https://onecubicmetre.com/en/contact/. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante), www.garanteprivacy.it.
